Welcome to Shanklin & Godshill Cricket Club

 Shanklin and Godshill CC is a cricket club that plays at an idyllic ground on Westhill Road just outside of the town of Shanklin, Isle of Wight.

The club has been in place for over 150 years and recently joined forces with Godshill Cricket Club to become Shanklin & Godshill cricket club.  The club offers players and youths of all standards the chance to enjoy competitive cricket in stunning surroundings fielding two competitive weekend teams, along with various social, Sunday & midweek teams. 

The first XI play in Hampshire Cricket League County Division 3(B), the 2nd XI plays in the Isle of Wight League Division 2. Cricket is played most days with friendlies on Sundays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays and Colts cricket at U11s, U13s and U15s level.

Along with the cricket the club also offers a friendly clubhouse environment where everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the cricket and possibly a beverage or two. The Pavilion bar is open on most match days, and the club also enjoys and welcomes a thriving non-playing membership.

The pavilion is also available for private hire at a very reasonable rate.
